Funny Sayings

Elora has said a few funny things lately. First, Zach was giving her an egg roll for lunch one day and she told him, " I want a sandwich. It's better for you!"

Aunt Heather taught her the name of Grandma and Grandpa's new piano, which is Kawai. While practicing saying it and looking at the letters on the piano, Elora said, "Where's the 'Y'?"

A few days later I was asking her if she wanted to go take a nap under her pretty new comforter and she started to insist that it wasn't a comforter but it was a Kawai. She definitely learned that new word, but apparently she didn't learn what a Kawai is exactly.

We actually bought the comforter to kind of bribe her to stay in bed at night. I thought that if she got to pick out her own, she might like it enough to stay in bed better at bedtime and not get up so much. It has worked quite well, so far. She definitely gets up a lot less lately. Grandma bought her the matching blanket this last Christmas. Suprisingly she chose the comforter to match. It is a brighter pink than it shows in the pictures.

Halloween and other pics.

I have been so busy that I have been putting off posting more pics of the kids. I know that I'm very late, but here are some pics of Halloween as well. We have such cute kids!

Our Einstein Baby!

Halloween costumes. Elora is wearing one of Mom's old costumes that she made for us when we were kids. We had a hard time finding something we liked for her to wear. We finally decided that she would be a cute bunny. Taytay has always been our little teddy bear. He is so cuddly as one!
